Konsolute are seeking a highly motivated and customer-orientated IT Apprentice to join their growing team. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, they pride themselves in delivering customised, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructures that drive innovation and business success. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Your focus will be on troubleshooting end user devices, cloud services and applications issues, resolving queries related to Microsoft 365 products, and assisting with general IT Support tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology. eager to learn, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while building a career in IT. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Provide first-line support to clients, resolving technical issues via phone, email, chat and face to face interactions, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve common Windows 10 and 11 issues, including application and system problems. Assist users with Microsoft 365 products, including Teams, Outlook, Word and SharePoint. Support general IT functions such as hardware setup, software installations, and network connectivity. Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of service. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary, following internal escalation processes. Provide clear and concise instructions to users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Document solutions and share knowledge with the team to improve future service delivery. Maintain a customer-first approach, always ensuring an exceptional user experience. Occasional site visits to their clients as required. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £15,000-£18,000 per annum. Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, with a 1 hours paid lunch. 24 days annual leave plus the Bank Holidays Hybrid working with a blend of office and remote working. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A keen interest in IT and technology. Customer service experience would be beneficial. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Grade 5 in GCSE English and Grade 4 in GCSE Maths.
