Premier Work Support are recruting for a permanent General Adminstrator for their client, who are a London based Glaziers and Aluminium Manufacturers serving the entire UK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertake a variety of bookkeeping responsibilities and general accounts
* Keeping accounts up to date
* Chasing customer for payments
* Reports/statements
* Communicating at all stages with colleagues and clients where necessary
* Processes payments and documents such as invoices, and employee reimbursements.
* Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
* Monitoring customer accounts: debt management & credit control
* Processing financial transactions, completing monthly reconciliations, and resolving incomplete records
* Assisting with monthly reporting and year end accounts
* Working with the Sales Manager on general admin and processes
The Candidate:
* Accounting background
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideal but not essential
* Experience of other accounting software's such as SAGE 50 is essential
* Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
* Analytical thinker and problem solver
* Friendly and confident telephone manner
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
You will have free onsite parking and there may be some flexibility with the working hours
