Client Account Manager
100% office based
Location: Hoddesdon
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm (can be adjusted)
Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annum
Our client is an award-winning commercial vehicle repair bodyshop. Working with all the major UK insurers and numerous blue chip businesses, the company is growing rapidly and looking to expand their team.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a strong and experienced Client Account Manager to work in the office in Hoddesdon. This role is a client-facing position, where you will have full responsibility for one key account. You will communicate regularly with this client to ensure they are aware of the status of all repairs. You will need to be comfortable on the phone and able to make accurate notes while talking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Constantly add notes to the system to ensure that all parties are kept up to date.
2. Construct, complete, and update trackers.
3. Ensure invoicing requirements for each job are listed clearly to inform the accounts department of policy excess charges, VAT, etc., and work to resolve any invoicing problems.
4. Call Work Providers and Engineers to gain authorities so work can begin.
5. Call insurers and Work Providers to resolve any issues and move jobs on where necessary.
6. Gain images for new jobs so that initial estimates can be made.
7. Take incoming calls from Insurers, Customers, and Work Providers to give job updates.
8. Be the main point of contact for your client, creating and nurturing long-term relationships while resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Respond to all relevant emails as soon as possible.
10. Report any issues to the Operations Team as soon as you become aware of them.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone who can work with autonomy, take ownership, and give direction. You will be liaising with senior management as this is a key major account. There is progression available both within the role as it grows and in the company, which is expanding rapidly.
