We have a fantastic opportunity to join the dedicated High Street Team at UK Greetings to support the Customer & Product Manager and Category Controllers in order to create the most productive displays. Who are we looking for? This position requires a genuine passion for the retail industry, which will be essential for understanding customer needs and market trends. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Category Controller in optimizing greeting card displays using sales data and your creative insights. You must possess the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities to meet deadlines. This role involves occasional customer interaction, meaning you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for someone who brings a unique perspective and contributes to our inclusive team. The key duties of the role include: • Assisting the Customer & Product Manager & Category Controller with the interpretation of sales data to make recommendations for display changes. • Collation of samples and product information for display set up. • Collaborate with the Business Information team and the Customer & Product Manager to create sales reports to monitor productivity and to prepare and deliver customer presentations. • Regular Communication with internal UK Greetings divisions/departments to address customer-specific needs in order to develop their business. • Conducting competitor and product trend analysis. • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is essential for data analysis and reporting. • Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines with keen attention to detail. • Be adaptable and capable of multitasking to handle changing priorities. Travel will be involved in this role, so having a full driving license is a prerequisite.
