Job Title: Fleet Administrator
Start Date: 18 November 24
Contract Length: 4 months contract with possibility to extend
Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate: £11.96
Location: Kingswood, WS11
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Fleet Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries efficiently and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing:
1. Assist in the gathering of data from various sources and updating the fleet management system.
2. Assist in the distribution of management information reports.
3. Providing customer support on fleet system queries and workflows.
4. Working with large data sets.
5. Develop your skills in IT and data analysis.
6. Effective record keeping, filing and updating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
7. Produce timely and accurate internal reports as agreed with line manager.
8. Deal with all customer contact effectively and courteously, in line with policies and procedures.
9. Maintain manual and computerized systems including inputting data and keeping records.
What we're looking for:
1. Ideally, have a transport and logistics or fleet and asset maintenance background.
2. Minimum 5 GCSE Grade 4 / C or equivalent including Maths, English and Science.
3. Strong attention to detail, being able to multitask and work to deadlines.
4. Good organisational skills along with strong written and verbal communications.
5. Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, forms and slides.
