Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
* Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or create your own when necessary.
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Collaborate with school staff and adhere to school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
* Flexibility and reliability.
