Regional Sales Manager – Floorflex Underfloor Heating
Job Description
Floorflex is recruiting an experienced Regional Sales Manager for our underfloor heating product. You would be responsible for driving sales within the UK or a designed region, developing new business and building relationships with installers and other key stakeholders. The role requires an understanding of the underfloor heating market and previous experience within this sector is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
* New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with installers, contractors and other relevant customer types.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, key accounts, contractors and specifiers.
* Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports including maintaining CRM records
* Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced area sales manager already selling underfloor heating across all sectors and customer type. In addition the candidate will be able to both read and interpret construction plans/drawings.
Remuneration:
