Description Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Senior Leaders in the Europe North Area. Offices are located in High Wycombe northwest of London. We are hiring highly motivated professionals who wish to give their best to the cause of the building of the Lord’s Kingdom. Responsibilities Employees at this level work independently with general supervision and some autonomy. Work duties range up to complex in nature, requiring a high degree of professional-level communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities also require making moderately complex non-routine decisions using initiative, originality, ingenuity, and sound judgment to resolve diverse and complex issues and requests in a proactive way. Responsibilities include: At the highest administrative level, may act as coordinator of departmental projects, following up on pending details, coordinating project team activities and ensuring deadlines are met Collects, evaluates, disseminates and maintains complex information and data from multiple sources This position requires a broad knowledge of the organization's structure, functions, and key personnel, etc. Serve as a liaison between the senior leadership and other key members of management, employees and outside contacts related to department activities Composes correspondance, memoranda, reports, invoices, etc. Screens telephone calls and visitors and resolves issues and inquiries Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings Works with highly sensitive and confidential information Qualifications Required: Strong commitment to the mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-days Saints Requires a High School diploma or equivalent plus two years of post-high school education or training Several years of proven experience in an administrative position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal – additional European language skills are an added advantage (Portuguese) Advanced computer skills and experience including Microsoft Office applications and aptitude to learn other software applications Ability to work with sensitive and highly confidential information Valid driving license It is expected that candidate resides or is willing to relocate within an hour from the Area Office in High Wycombe
