My client is seeking a Virtual Practice Manager to take the lead in organising, streamlining, and supporting business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing multiple responsibilities, values work-life balance, and wants to be part of a collaborative and purpose-driven team.

What You’ll Be Doing :
* Managing Email & Calendars – Keeping communications organized and schedules running smoothly.
* Coordinating Meetings & Workflows – Scheduling, documenting outcomes, and following up on key action items.
* Supporting Business Operations – Organizing online files, maintaining records, and compiling reports.
* Streamlining Processes – Creating and improving workflows to enhance efficiency.
* Providing Administrative Support – Handling data entry, researching information, and managing contact lists.
* Managing Software & Access – Issuing software permissions, email access, and maintaining system organization.
* Lodging ATO Documents – Ensuring compliance with important document submissions.
* Basic Bookkeeping (Preferred) – MYOB / Xero experience is a plus but not essential.
You’ll Be Great If You Have :
* Experience as a Practice Manager, Executive Assistant, or Virtual Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
* A knack for organization, problem-solving, and keeping things on track with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills – you’re confident, clear, and professional in emails, meetings, and calls.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom / Teams, Slack, and online collaboration tools .
* Adaptability & Multitasking – You can juggle multiple priorities while keeping calm under pressure.
* A positive, can-do attitude – you take initiative and love finding solutions.
* High-speed internet connection – a must for seamless remote work.
Availability :
* Primarily during business hours .
* Must be available for a check-in call between 8 : 30 – 9 : 00 AM or 4 : 30 – 5 : 30 PM .
