Responsibilities
Engage and build relationships with families in the community.
Conduct assessments to identify family needs and develop individual care plans.
Facilitate access to services, resources, and programs for families.
Provide advocacy and support during challenging situations for families.
Organize and lead workshops or support groups focused on family development.
Collaborate with community organizations and service providers to enhance family support.
Document all interactions, maintain case files, and report on progress regularly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
Experience in family support, social services, or community outreach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with diverse populations.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively.
Knowledge of local resources and services available to families.
Compassionate and empathetic approach towards family assessments and support.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the community as needed.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 16:30
Pay Per Hour: £16.47
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
