Job Title: Public Sector Account Manager Location: Oxford (Hybrid Working)
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Public Sector Account Manager to join a growing technology services company based in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key public sector accounts, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth across a range of services.
You will be working closely with clients in the public sector to understand their needs, provide tailored technology solutions, and ensure excellent service delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong account management skills and an interest in technology solutions for the public sector.
Manage and grow public sector accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities within the public sector.
Stay up-to-date with public sector trends, challenges, and regulations.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs, driving profitability.
Proven experience in account management, within the public sector working for an MSP
Strong understanding of the public sector landscape and its unique challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Competitive salary (£40k – £50k).
