Overview:
Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Warranty & Service Administrator to join an established Agricultural Dealer based in Stratford Upon Avon. This part-time role involves managing warranty claims, maintaining service standards, and performing general administrative duties within the service department.

1. Strong administrative skills and proficient in IT
2. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
3. Excellent communication skills and a good technical understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing and preparing warranty repair orders, including all necessary forms, and supporting materials.
2. Maximizing warranty returns from manufacturers by accurately tracking warranty work, credits, and associated paperwork.
3. Managing manufacturer warranty payments, returning warranty parts, and reconciling warranty schedules.
4. Keeping accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions for goodwill claims.
5. Ensuring service records are up-to-date and accurate.
6. Building and maintaining relationships with other staff, manufacturers' representatives, and other key contacts.
7. Overseeing the warranty process in line with health and safety standards.
8. Handling general administrative tasks, including managing calls, invoicing, and time recording.
Working Hours: This is a part-time position, with 25-30 hours per week.
