Job Overview Complex Emotional Needs Service are looking to recruit a highly motivated Band 3 Senior Administrator. They will be based at 77 Beverley Road, Hull, and will be required to provide administrative support to the clinicians within the team. The Senior Administrative role will be vital in ensuring the smooth running of this service. It will include minute taking of meetings of MDT, business meeting, professional meetings, booking appointments, supporting the clinical team, inputting data, diary management, any other administrative duties and other general office duties. The Senior Administrator will need to be well organised, be able to set up systems to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively. They must have the ability to follow instructions but also be able to work on their own initiative. They are required qualifications/experience in Word processing. Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria standard keyboard skills e.g RSA/OCR 111 or equivalent experience 3 GCSEs/O level English and Maths or equivalent experience Desirable criteria NVQ2 or equivalent experiential learning Knowledge/Experience Essential criteria Knowledge of IT systems Experience of working with the general public Desirable criteria Demonstrable experience of practice and procedures relevant to the area of work.
