As a Programme Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our projects' success.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Crafting and refining strategy, methodologies, and work practices for the project team.
* Maintaining regular communication with key accounts to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
* Proficiently managing project portfolios and timelines.
* Generating comprehensive project solution documentation.
* Setting, monitoring, and adapting project objectives as needed.
* Overseeing variations to project scope through effective change control procedures.
* Providing support to colleagues as required to ensure project success.
* Ensuring timely and efficient adherence to deadlines.
* Mentoring and guiding project staff, including third-party contributors and contractors.
* Adhering to WB Power Services Ltd ISO9001/14001/ISO 45001 policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, utilities, or mechanical projects.
* Proficiency in managing teams with diverse technical expertise and seniority levels.
* Preferably, previous exposure to mechanical environments.
* Strong familiarity with project management processes and tools.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Competence in IT systems, with a willingness to learn our ERP.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
* A knack for engaging with customers from various industries.
