Your new Company Well established manufacturing business based in Liverpool, due to a re-structure they are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their busy Customer Services team. Your new role will be supporting the Customer Service, Administration and the on the road Sales teams. Duties Your new role will include the following duties: Develop relationships with customers to maximise satisfaction levels and manage expectations. Utilise and maintain the CRM system for customer knowledge and management review. Organise sample requests for customers when required to do so. Actively promote and sell our products to customers when the opportunity arises. Research potential markets (UK & export) and business opportunities Liaise with transport companies and goods out to ensure we deliver orders on time and to budget. Raise works orders for production, ensuring all relevant information is provided. Complete export documentation for cash against documents or letter of credit transactions Liaise with scheduling department to ensure all orders are made on time. Deal with customer complaints professionally and efficiently To be successful in this role you must have 3 years Customer Services / Sales Coordination experience ideally within a manufacturing business. What you will get in return Salary is neogiable depending on experience, Hours Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30, hybrid working (2 days from home) and free parking available.
