Responsibilities
1. Manage cost control and procurement processes for residential housing developments.
2. Oversee trade contractor procurement and effectively manage construction contracts.
3. Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasting.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Requirements
5. A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the residential housing sector.
6. Experience with COINS software is advantageous but not essential.
7. Strong knowledge of contractor management and construction contracts.
8. A proactive and collaborative approach to working in a growing team.
