In this role, you will provide outstanding Teaching, Learning & Assessment for students on Health, Social Care, and Access to HE programmes. You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons, monitor learner achievements, and offer dedicated personal tutor support. Working closely with the Study Programme Manager, you’ll ensure high levels of attendance, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in quality assurance processes. Your responsibilities will also include assessing and tracking learner progress, delivering feedback, and celebrating student success. Additionally, you’ll actively engage in course and resource development, support student recruitment and induction, and maintain strong relationships with parents, employers, and external agencies. What we're looking for:
1. At least 2 years industry or relevant teacher training experience.
2. A passion for teaching and inspiring learners.
3. Experience of supporting young people to learn and develop new skills.
4. The ability to work successfully within a team.
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
6. A relevant degree and teaching qualification.
