This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a well-established firm where they will have a varied role, covering different financial tasks, while gaining exposure to growth opportunities. The Job: General Administration across all departments of an Accountancy practice Assisting Payroll department Covering reception when needed Photocopying/shredding/filing duties Assisting Production department with VAT and Tax returns Assisting with bookkeeping tasks Assisiting clients both over the phone and email Any other accountancy administrative duties required The Person: Experience of working in a similar office environment is desirable. Flexible, with the ability to multi-task. An attention to detail in meet the high standards of accuracy required. Able to work under time pressure demanded by tight deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
