Ensure high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and well-being. Lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional support. Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards. Liaise with clients, families, and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a supported living setting. Strong background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it). Excellent understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding, and compliance. A motivational leader who fosters teamwork and professional development.
