This role is very much due to growth- it’s brand new in fact.
It’s got to the point where they really need an expert like you to join and be the go-to for all things Training & Competence.
So you’ll have full autonomy to really shape this role for yourself. The foundations are in place, they just need you to come in and drive it forward.
But not physically drive. This role is from the comfort of your own home, remote. With the odd trip to either Sheffield or Surrey every once in a while.
They’re investing heavily in ensuring all of their staff are highly skilled and gaps are closed.
And that’ll start with focusing on those working in customer facing roles.
For example, everyone has 15 hours of CPD to complete per year. So you’ll track to ensure that everyone is completing them.
Taking no prisoners It’s all in their best interest.
They have both outsourced and in-house teams. So, experience across a contact centre would help.
And they’ve invested in some great e-learning systems to help you along the way.
They’ll be plenty of opportunity for you to develop further and take on more responsibility.
Perhaps have a team of your own in the not-too-distant future.
