Systems Administration: Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and group policies. Network Management: Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues (firewalls, routers, switches). Data Protection: Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and data integrity solutions. Security Standards: Implement and maintain critical security protocols. Project Work: Contribute to impactful IT infrastructure projects. Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar 3rd line support role Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Experience with Windows Exchange Sever Proficiency in networking concepts and hardware, including VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and routers Strong experience with virtualisation platforms ( VMware or Hyper-V ) Understanding of security best practices, backup concepts and disaster recovery planning Business Environment Lockheed Martin UK – Strategic Systems (LMUK SS) is the single contractor providing specialist Waterfront In-Service Support to one of the Royal Navy's Submarine Programs.
