Property Commercial Finance Analyst Responsible To: Head of Property Commercial Finance Department: Property Location: Balmoral House, Bury Role Overview: Based at the Group’s Head Office in Bury (Greater Manchester), the role of Property Commercial Finance Analyst has become available to support the Head of Property Commercial Finance and Senior Property Commercial Finance Analyst, within the Location Strategy & Insight Department. Key Duties/Responsibilities: Support the Property Commercial Finance team with the assessment of all store investment appraisals across all Group fascia and territories. Produce post opening store sales performance & variance analysis Update and maintain weekly sales data across all group fascia Provide store performance data & analytics to assist in strategic property decision making Ad hoc analysis & reporting (ie. competitor impact, sales transfer, footfall) Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed: Finance graduate looking to complete professional qualifications - Excellent study support package provided towards completion of ACCA,CIMA qualification Good analytical skills required in order to investigate, understand and explain variances and overall business performance Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work both in a team environment and under your own initiative Strong communication skills both written and oral Good time management with ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines Used Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Use other MS Office programs Retail industry experience desirable The Company: The JD Group is a leading omnichannel retailer of Sports Fashion, Street & Premium Fashion, Outdoors and Gyms with over 90,000 colleagues over 4,500 stores across several retail fascia's in over 36 countries around the world.
