Role title: Business Development Coordinator & Internal Recruiter Responsibilities: Coordination of both relationship-based and cold sales activities. o Measurement & reporting of sales efforts o Tracking financial performance from sales activities o Origination of new business opportunities o Production of consulting proposals in support of principal consultants Support and coordination of marketing activities o Maintenance of company website o Writing, coordination and publication of articles o Arrangement of events Recruitment of permanent and contract consultants o Researching and interview coordination of new permanent staff o Research and coordination of contract staff o Maintenance of bios of consulting staff Candidates should have a background in working within Financial Services sector, an understanding of banking and asset management functions and roles. Experience in recruiting for roles in FS is key. Compensation: Base salary £60-£80K Commission for business origination - 5%-10% of GM (volume based) Commission for successful role recruitment - 5% of candidate annual salary Skills & Experience: · Effective communicator, confident & strong collaborator · Well versed in the use of Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) · Experience in the use of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Job boards etc) · Well organized, self-starter & driven with ability to influence senior team members · Understanding of the banking and asset management sectors and the variety of functions within those organisations · Understanding/experience in the consulting business model would be advantageous Other: Benefits include private health insurance, death in service insurance, pension contribution.
