Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of the bar team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
* Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report any shortages.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Skills
* Proven experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
* Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy periods.
* Basic maths skills for cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
* A willingness to help others and contribute to a supportive team environment.
