Job Title: Project Planner
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Project Planner to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to ensure projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule Management: Assist in preparing project work programs using Primavera P6 and coordinate with relevant departments.
* Progress Updates: Update project schedules regularly to reflect actual progress and resource allocations.
* Deviation Identification: Monitor progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
* Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
* Subcontractor Management: Evaluate subcontractor progress payments and cross-check them with project data.
* Status Reporting: Report on schedule performance metrics and project status.
* Resource Planning: Collaborate with project management to plan personnel needs.
* Change Management: Support change management and assist with delay analysis.
* Data Analysis: Analyze project data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years of planning experience in the contracting sector.
* Skills: Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle (design, procurement, construction, commissioning)
Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
