What you'll be doing:
In this varied role, you will work closely with colleagues and Managers to deliver an excellent, customer-driven HR service. Working as a key member of the HR team, you will take responsibility for all aspects of recruitment, support managers with employee relations matters as they arise, assist with learning and development, and contribute to HR projects, such as HR System (iTrent) development and policy updates.
You'll have:
1. Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role and in dealing with difficult and sensitive employee relations cases
2. Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of working in Human Resources and its role in an organisation
3. Experience of using HR data management systems and ability to interrogate the data and system
4. Knowledge and understanding of employment law
