Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Cupar
Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator for our client Cupar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage property sales from initial inquiry to completion
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers
Negotiate offers and facilitate communication between buyers and sellers
Prepare and manage sales documentation and contracts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales negotiator or similar role
Strong understanding of the property market and sales processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
