About The Role
Our Primrose service is located in a lovely residential area of the city called St Peters, and will support 4 Young Adults moving from residential college to their first home in the local community.
As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You'll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
* Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
* Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
* Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
* Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
* Maintain a safe, clean-living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
