Pertemps are currently recruiting for an executive assistant to join a non-profit organisation based in Eastleigh. Our client is able to offer full-time or part-time hours for the successful candidate.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Diary management for the Chief Executive
2. Ensuring that the CE is fully briefed on key stakeholder meetings
3. Arrange travel and accommodation, and prepare expense reports
4. Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality
5. Screen incoming calls
6. Assist in preparing and managing presentations
7. Research & produce ad hoc briefings as requested
8. Monitor on behalf of the CE; executive leave, expenses and invoices
Executive Assistant Requirements:
1. Previous executive assistance experience
2. Experience within a non-profit organisation is advantageous
3. Ability to work well in a high pace environment
4. Experience of taking and writing minutes, reports, letters and preparing presentations is essential
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
6. Excellent communication and time management skills
Executive Assistant Package:
1. Negotiable salary depending on experience
2. Hybrid work available
3. Part-time or full-time hours available
4. 25 days annual leave FTE
