Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid, with two days per week from one of our three Centres or a central meeting place.

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and enthusiastic marketer to work on digital content for JGDR. Working with colleagues in the Marketing team, you will deliver strategies to optimise digital content for the charity across multiple channels including social media, email, and the website.
This role would suit an approachable individual with ambition and drive who enjoys a fast-paced, varied work environment – there is plenty of opportunity to make this role your own, and drive both brand awareness and income growth via JGDR’s digital channels.
Your Role
You will sit in the Marketing team and report into the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include:
* Planning and producing the charity’s email marketing programme, generating compelling social media content across Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Managing day-to-day maintenance of the website and overseeing SEO and PPC activity with external suppliers.
* Collaborating with Individual Giving & Legacies and Volunteering & Community Engagement teams to create multi-channel digital content to support fundraising and other income-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop the charity’s digital marketing and communications plan.
* Manage the charity’s SEO strategy and website performance.
* Oversee digital marketing campaigns and budgets.
* Utilise CRM and email marketing systems to oversee email marketing programmes.
* Create engaging content tailored to digital personas.
* Report on digital and organic social KPIs.
* Deliver community management and moderation on social media content.
* Stay updated on sector trends in digital marketing.
* Produce multimedia content for initiatives.
* Support integrated marketing campaigns to increase reach and reputation.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders on digital advertising.
* Develop segmentation strategies for tailored content.
* Act as a collaborative role model within the team.
