We are recruiting for a People Advisor to join a close-knit, friendly team.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be the go-to person for all Employee Relations to provide professional and efficient people support to all stakeholders within the business. You will work flexibly and collaboratively with other colleagues in the People and Site Management team, proactively identifying areas for service improvement within the function and other departments.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the site's recruitment activities
2. Be the first point of contact for all colleagues for all employee relations issues and provide advice and guidance in line with company policies and procedures, employment law, and best practice
3. Support Managers in all employee relations meetings
4. Undertake and manage HR administration
5. Organise and co-ordinate the onboarding process for new starters
6. Proactively manage short and long-term sickness absence
7. Run and manage people surveys on all projects
8. Produce weekly and monthly reports on a range of People’s KPIs
Your Experience and Skills:
1. Experience in an HR environment, a minimum of 3 years+
2. Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
3. Personable with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
4. Experience in advising and working with senior members of staff
5. Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
6. Qualified to CIPD Level 5
