As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Director to join our growing team.
As the Growth Marketing Director, you will lead our growth marketing initiatives. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, and growth hacking techniques. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise every stage of the marketing funnel and ensure sustainable business growth.
What you’ll do:
1. Growth Strategy & Planning
o Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention
o Identify growth opportunities across all marketing channels, both organic and paid, and develop strategies to capitalise on them
o Establish a clear roadmap for growth, setting measurable goals and KPIs that align with business objectives
2. Data-Driven Marketing
o Use data analytics and marketing automation tools to track, measure, and optimise marketing performance across channels
o Continuously monitor and analyse customer behaviours, conversion rates, and key growth metrics to identify areas for improvement
o Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimise campaigns and improve customer acquisition and retention strategies
3. Channel Optimisation
o Manage and optimise all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid media
o Drive growth through effective performance marketing strategies, including PPC, display ads, and affiliate marketing
o Explore and test new channels and platforms to find innovative ways to reach and engage target audiences
4. Customer Lifecycle & Retention
o Design and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV)
o Work closely with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
o Build and nurture customer relationships by personalising marketing efforts and improving overall customer satisfaction
5. Team Leadership & Development
o Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and accountability
o Collaborate with key stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Operations to align marketing efforts with broader company objectives
o Manage and optimise marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective growth strategies
What you bring:
* 10-15+ years of proven experience in a senior growth marketing role, with a strong focus on digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention
* Demonstrable experience in scaling customer acquisition through paid and organic marketing channels
* Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel), A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
* Experience with performance marketing channels such as PPC, paid social, programmatic ads, and display
* Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, funnel optimisation, and growth hacking tactics
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team
* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth results
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
* Experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
* Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and personalisation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo)
* Experience managing external marketing agencies and vendors
* A background in product-led growth (PLG) or growth marketing in a B2B context
* MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or a related field
* Fluent in English
