About the Role: As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that cater to a diverse group of students. You will play a key role in helping each child achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum with a focus on literacy, numeracy, and science. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student well-being and learning. Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to enhance the educational experience. Participating in extracurricular activities and school events to foster a sense of community and enrichment. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. Previous experience teaching at the primary level, preferably in Year 5. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
