This is a brand-new role where you’ll have the opportunity to define and execute the digital product strategy, ensuring impactful outcomes for customers, learners, and the business. You’ll be working closely with engineering, marketing, and operations to develop and optimise digital products, bringing vision, strategy, and execution together to drive success. What you'll be doing: Owning the product vision & strategy for digital products. Defining and prioritising the product roadmap, balancing business goals, customer insights, and technical feasibility. Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Conducting market research & competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. Identifying areas for continuous improvement and ensuring data-driven decision-making. Partnering with engineering & marketing to deliver high-impact digital solutions. Establishing and tracking product success metrics to measure performance. Developing go-to-market strategies to maximise product adoption and customer impact. Managing relationships with third-party vendors & service providers. Fostering a culture of continuous innovation & improvement. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a Product Manager or similar role, managing digital products. Industry Knowledge: Experience in ecommerce, digital learning, or education technology is a plus Passionate about customer experience & product success. Strong ability to analyse data & market trends to guide strategy. Ability to work closely with engineering teams & marketing to bring products to life. Experience with Notion, JIRA, Trello, or similar tools. Understanding of Agile processes & iterative product development. Strong ability to define and communicate clear product vision & strategy.
