Due to increased workflow, they are seeking to recruit a new Residential Development Lawyer into their Reading office.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Property/Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join this Top 200 firm in their Reading office.
The Property Litigation department houses a wealth of expertise and currently stands at 15 Lawyers plus support staff. You will find that there is a broad range of work making for a more interesting role. You will deal with development and land disputes, property contract disputes, residential and commercial property disputes.
The department works closely with the social housing and real estate departments. The client base ranges from property portfolio holders including large charities and retailers, house builders and developers, social landlords and government institutions.
This role comes with good prospects for career progression.
Requirements
1. You will be a Property Litigation Lawyer with at least NQ - 3 years PQE
2. You will ideally have broad Property Litigation experience
3. You should have a good technical knowledge
4. It is essential that you have strong communication skills and the ability to build solid client relationships.
5. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE plus an exceptional benefits package.
