A realistic OTE of £26,000 - £27,000

Responsibilities:
1. Registration and management of your buyers and applicants on an electronic database
2. Schedule accompanied viewings in your diary and engage with clients
3. Handle inbound leads which are provided through various property portals
4. Provide constructive and informative feedback to Vendors and Landlords
5. Generate and negotiate offers to get sales and lets agreed
6. Successfully progress sales and lets through to completion
Requirements:
1. Wants to join a successful and growing business
2. Previous sales experience is essential
3. A background in Estate Agency would be beneficial
4. Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
5. Has a natural selling ability
6. Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and always looks to provide the best customer service
7. Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
