ECO Submission Coordinator £30,000 - £45,000 per annum Location: Shirley | Office Based or Hybrid Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9am to 5pm Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented ECO Submission Coordinator to support the submission process for ECO4 and GBIS funding applications. This role is key in ensuring compliance with government guidelines and assisting with the successful completion of funding applications for green energy projects. Key Responsibilities: Submission Support: Assist in coordinating the submission process for ECO4 and GBIS applications, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with all regulations. Document Preparation: Help prepare and review submission documents in line with OFGEM and PAS2035 standards. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with utility companies, managing agents, and internal teams to manage queries and ensure the timely submission of applications. Compliance Assistance: Stay updated on ECO4 legislation and provide support in maintaining compliance with current guidelines. Tracking and Reporting: Assist in tracking submission progress and preparing performance updates for management. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to submissions to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track. Qualifications: Experience in ECO submissions or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office and CRM systems, with good data management capabilities. Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
