Day-to-day of the role: Handling a variety of incoming enquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Processing sales orders received via phone calls and emails. Managing the customer service email inbox and making proactive calls as necessary. Raising invoices and obtaining purchase order numbers from invoice contacts. Following up on delivery updates for sales made and checking stock levels. Addressing and resolving customer complaints. Liaising with several different departments within the organisation. Performing general administrative tasks including scanning and filing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ideally based local to Halesowen. Flexible with working hours, with some potential future requirement to cover hours between 0700-1700. Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service or administrative role is preferred.
