Brightwork are please to be recruiting for kitchen and waiting staff for our client based in keith, during the Spirit of Speyside Festival (30th April - 4th May). Your Time at Work Working with this client duties will include but are not limited to: Waiting staff - Providing excellent customer service to all guests - Prepare eatery and drinking areas; ensuring the bar is fully stocked - Food service - Prepare and serve drinks Kitchen Porter - Support the kitchen and front of house teams with the preparation and delivery of food service - Work efficiently and to a high standard. - Responsible for cleaning the kitchen, washing all dishes and glassware inline with the food hygiene standards. - Work proactively and collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house teams to continually maintain a high level of cleanliness. - Adhering to all health and safety guidelines - Any other duties as required Our Perfect Worker We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills who enjoy building rapport with guests. Candidates must be able to work well under pressure ensuring high levels of attention to detail are always maintained.
