A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my client's team in their Portsmouth offices.
The role will see you managing a caseload of residential property matters including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.
2. Drafting and approving various legal documentation.
3. Effectively maintain the firm's case management system.
4. Ensuring all post-completion formalities are dealt with.
5. Conduct legal research where appropriate.
6. Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.
7. Attend to clients of the Firm on a regular basis.
Skills, Experience & Benefits:
1. Qualified candidates with a Law Degree, LPC, qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (FCILEX).
2. Residential Conveyancing fee-earning experience essential, with at least 2 years' experience.
3. Proven track record of meeting targets.
4. Solid legal knowledge within the conveyancing process.
5. Competitive salary package depending on experience.

7. You will work alongside other Property Lawyers, Senior Property Lawyers, and your Team Manager in an environment where you can actively make a positive contribution to the team.
