Basic Salary: £27,000.00 Per Annum

Customer Support Administrator role:
* Sole responsibility of issuing documents to customers prior to delivery of goods.
* Dealing with external suppliers after orders processed ensuring timed delivery
* Full responsibility of business mailbox
* Administration duties on a day to day basis
* Dealing with customers over the telephone as well as via email
* Maintain company records at all times
* Working effectively to deadlines and under pressure
* Utilising reports to deal with suppliers
