Questech Recruitment are looking for an experienced Fleet Coordinator / Fleet Controller to join an industry leading company experiencing major growth and offer excellent working environments and progression opportunities.
You will be reporting to the Divisional Fleet Manager and working closely with the entire fleet team to ensure everything is running smooth and efficiently.
Fleet Coordinator duties:
* Delivery of Monthly fleet reports to management
* Manage MOTs, breakdown, and service planning
* Scheduling and contractor maintenance
* Ensuring everything is compliant with transport legislation
* All general fleet administration duties
Fleet Coordinator Specification:
* Previous experience in this role or similar is essential
* Computer literate and ability to compile information and distribute efficiently
* Ability to understand relevant legislations and requirements
* Work within a team and off your own initiative
* Full UK driving licence and own transport
Hours
Your core hours are Monday to Friday on a day shift. Travel between sites will be required circa 2/3 times a week. On odd occasions you may be required to stay overnight.
Pay
Base salary is £33k, with an additional £4680 car allowance. Any overnight stays etc will be expensed. On top of this they have a great benefits package which include the likes of, Employee assistance programs, Health support, Employee discount scheme, life assurance, long service awards and more!
