A well-established financial services firm is looking for an Administrator to join their back-office processing team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring client assets are accurately reconciled, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The Role Performing stock reconciliations to ensure records align with client assets. Analysing discrepancies and working to resolve them efficiently. Using Microsoft Excel to manage and interpret financial data. Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth reconciliation process. What We're Looking For Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. A proactive, team-oriented approach.
