Job Description
Speciality Coordinator - Candles / Fragrance, Slough: The Specialty Product Coordinator will play a key role in managing and coordinating the lifecycle of our specialty products (candles, reed diffusers, car fragrance). This position involves working closely with various departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure bespoke product manufacture, packaging, availability, quality, and satisfaction.
* Coordination: Coordinate projects with other internal teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
* Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with specialty products.
* Market Research: Work with customers, sales, and account management teams to conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement or new product development.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation, including specifications, manuals, and regulatory compliance information.
* Reporting: Generate regular reports on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends for management review.
* Digital Presentation: Work with marketing and be proactive to ensure Sales and NAMs have digital presentation of products.
* Sample Distribution: Ensure samples are distributed as appropriate.
The Successful Applicant
Speciality Coordinator - Candles / Fragrance, Slough:
* You will have the required experience from doing a similar role in the past.
* While you can have relevant experience from any sector, experience from the candle making or fragrance sectors is highly desirable.
* You will be available in the Slough Office 5 days a week for the initial probation period (2 days WFH available after probation period).
* You will have experience in working with and supporting Sales Managers and Accounts Managers.
* You will be a proactive and commercially minded person; this is not a sit-in-the-background admin role!

What's on Offer
Salary of circa £32,000 to £40,000.
