Position: Referrals Team Leader
The Referrals Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day quality output from the referral team coordinators. Ensure all provider requests are responded to in a timely manner. Work closely with the Team Manager to highlight successes and areas of improvement for each individual and the team as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop the referral coordinators and admin support through line management support from the Referral Team Manager to deliver efficient management of all referrals received directly from LA’s, through portals, and via Commissioning Managers.
2. Provide referral volume insight, report on referral trends, and provide daily live offer updates for colleagues and Service Leads.
3. Ensure all offer documentation and fees are 100% compliant and accurate.
4. Support the Referral Coordinators with their daily tasks.
5. Support all internal customers, mainly Commissioning Managers, with their daily tasks.
6. Manage the referral inboxes and liaise with the LA’s for further detail to ensure the right child is placed in the right home, maximizing success for the child’s placement and enhancing their life and development.
7. Provide accurate daily reports.
