Historic Royal Palaces is the independent charity that looks after the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, the Banqueting House, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens.
We are recruiting for resourceful and articulate individuals to join our Customer Service team, based at Hampton Court Palace. You need to be able to think on your feet and you should enjoy a varied role, where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for all customer queries; you should be enthusiastic, empathetic and able to deal with a variety of different people.
Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for Historic Royal Palaces.
* Answer customer enquiries by phone, email and web enquiry.
* Provide outstanding customer care.
* Sell tickets, products and membership.
* Reply to enquiries in a concise and empathetic manner.

Working Hours
* Part-time (16 hours per week) - 3 days a week from 9:00-14:20
* 1 weekend day every 2-3 weeks.
