Role Description
This is a role for a bridal wear sales representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new store leads, engaging with customers, promoting and selling bridal wear gowns and accessories, and providing exceptional customer service.
Sales Representative Responsibilities & Tasks
* Leverage Existing Connections: Identify and engage with retail partners you already know in your region (premium - high-end bridal retailers).
* Present Collections: Showcase the brand’s offerings to key decision-makers in bridal retail.
* Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with bridal retail stores and buyers.
* Negotiate Deals: Secure agreements that bring the brand to brick-and-mortar locations.
* Drive Growth: Contribute to the brand’s global expansion and enhance its market presence.
* Event Representation: Represent our brand at bridal trade events to engage existing and potential stores and strengthen brand visibility.
* Campaigns: Deliver effective sales campaigns to existing and prospective stores to grow market share.
* Product Expertise: Offer advice on bridal gown fabrics, fit, extras, and lead times.
Sales Representative Experience & Qualifications:
* Industry Expertise: Experience in wholesale bridal fashion sales is essential.
* Network Access: Established connections with retailers in your region or beyond are a must.
* Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives on achieving targets.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills with an ability to work independently.
* 3+ years of sales or after-sales experience.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Passion for fashion and bridal wear with a broad knowledge of bridal and evening wear trends.
* A valid driving license.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* A dynamic, customer-focused mindset and willingness to travel.
