HR ConsultantRuncorn37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday (6 Months FTC)£45,750 pa car allowance We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Consultant to join our team based at our Runcorn site. In this key role, you will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to deliver a comprehensive, generalist HR service to the retail function, supporting the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for partnering with line managers while leading and advising on core HR activities. The heart of the roleAdvise and support management on all aspects of human resources policies and programmes, including recruitment, selection, performance management, and employee relations.Serve as an internal consultant, analysing and recommending improvements to the company's adoption of core HR programmes.Assist in the development, revision, and implementation of HR core processes and policies.Deliver training sessions on HR programmes, including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Compensation/Reward.Support HR technology transformation by embedding HR systems and IT programmes such as payroll.Collaborate with the Senior HRBP in executing key HR projects, preparing reports, materials, action plans, and analysing data for reporting purposes.Lead smaller-scale organizational design/redesign initiatives from start to finish.Own the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives for specific business areas or teams.Manage the production of monthly HR scorecards, including absence, attrition, and employee relations metrics.
