Great opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a well established business based in Openshaw. This role will offer a salary up to £30,000 depending on experience. Description Finance Assistant responsibilities include: Daily posting of sales ledger receipts in a timely and highly accurate manner. Posting web transactions to the finance system. Managing proforma accounts ensuring customer balances are reconciled and allocated. Processing of customer refunds. Bank reconciliations for 6 bank accounts across the UK, European & US markets Accurate allocation of receipts and responsible for maintaining low levels of unallocated cash. Set up bank payments. Analysis of debtor reports on a weekly basis for all the UK/Export customers. Preparing monthly DD's report all the UK/Export customers. Customer Account Creation. Answering general accounting queries via telephone & email. Ad hoc duties as directed by the Head of Credit Management/FD.
