Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor VAWG prevention and response programs.
Conduct needs assessments and program evaluations to assess community needs.
Engage with local stakeholders, including community organizations, law enforcement, and social services.
Lead training sessions for community members and service providers on VAWG issues.
Coordinate awareness-raising campaigns to educate the community about VAWG and available resources.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant legislation regarding VAWG.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, gender studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in VAWG prevention.
Strong understanding of gender issues, social justice, and human rights.
Experience working collaboratively with community stakeholders and government agencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.35
Location: Lewisham, South East London
